How to access both mindfulness meditation and mindful yoga classes



This slower-paced one hour movement class combines mindfulness meditation practice with Hatha yoga exercise, 

shown to benefit both emotional and physical health & wellbeing. 

Please bring your own mat, water and blanket.

Suitable for 16+yrs. Beginners welcome!

Mondays 7-8pm

Thursdays 11am-12pm

£10 per session
